Kiwi monster heads
Ingredients
2 Coop kiwi fruits
1 tbsp vanilla buttercream-style icing
8 chocolate chips
4 Coop salted pretzel sticks, snapped in half
10 raisins, 4 halved, the rest thinly sliced
Method
1. Peel the skin off the lower three-quarters of each kiwi using a vegetable peeler, then cut them in half vertically
2. Dab off any excess moisture with kitchen paper (this will help the icing stick)
3. Spoon the buttercream into a sandwich bag and snip off one corner
4. Pipe on two circles for eyes, then stick the chocolate chips on top to make pupils
5. Use a little more icing to stick the sliced raisins on as mouths and scars
6. Push the pretzel sticks into each side at the bottom of the kiwis, then add the raisin halves to the ends to look like ‘bolts’
